Looking for shoes like this

These are old shoes I used to have, they were Paul Smith, slip ons, soft leather, sort of like mocassins but not really. I'd love to get something like them, but everything in the shops is either too pointy, rounded, or shoe-like. These are more casual.

Any ideas?

Pretty sure I've seen them in BTs before but to be honest if you were planning to be in London over the next few months I'd wait until then.
