Civic 1.4 valve cover

Has any one re-sprayed there own valve cover or polished it atleast?

Any help on this topic?

Eg(what type of paint to use,how to take off and replace)

Simple bro

Heres a quick walkthrough, now its a B Series but its essentially the same, just remember the longer you spend on prepping it the better the finish. Im in the middle of doing mine, not sure if its mentioned in the walk through but make sure to remove all the gaskets before using the Nitromors even the spark plug gaskets nitromors goes nom nom nom on rubber.

Also if the gasket looks any way worn you will want to replace it. and get pics up
