Anybody have a Sram Pg 950 Cassette?

    Could somebody do me a favour, because I have a problem with one of my bikes and after replacing the cassette, chain, servicing the freehub its still there and while the gears shift, Id rather it not make a BSO noise in top gear.

    The 11 tooth (9th gear) is bent, it was bent on my last cassette too, the current cassette is 2 months old and has no more than 250 miles on it. The bent part is over 6 teeth so its pretty much half the cog its deviates by around 1 - 2mm. The rest of the gears are spot on. I have to say I dont think it was bent when I fitted it as I retuned the gears and they were spot on. Its annoying me at this stage, so I want to know if its a Sram problem or something else. I have the mavic spacer fitted too so that wont be the problem, there is no play in the freehub and the cassette is torqued on to 8nM.

    The parts are:

    Sram Pg 950
    Sram Pc 971
    Mavic Crossride Disc.

    Can somebody have a quick look at theirs while on the way home from work? when its in top gear it will make a grinding kind of noise, if you run the chain backwards you can see the bend in the cassette.

    I use a PG950 cassette,Im on my second one.Only replaced due to wear.Never had a problem with bent teeth etc on any gear.
