It is my understanding that a statement of means form in order to recoup monies owed issued to an individual from a company/solicitor requires a declaration of means of every adult in the persons household. This is surprising to me as the contract is with the individual and surely the financial details of any other individual within the household is private.

I know why they would want to know but do the party who issued the form have the right to insist on these other private details?

Family Law Proceedings must be coming??? Don't Know... but I wouldn't do or believe anything the 'others' legals say, (and possibly your own also.)
