Banana bread

    Made this recipe for banana bread last night from nigella's Kitchen book. Really easy to make and very good. I used sultanas instead of the recommended coconut and also put 1 tsp of cinamon in there. Well worth a try!

    Might try that without the cherries,replace them with sultanas as you have done but keep the coconut.

    Didn't see her recipe in the book, must check that one out.
    I use the Avoca book 1 recipe and put in dark chocolate chips instead of pecans or sometimes both, it's so yum and even better the next day.
