Two apartments with a common boiler is district heating as
is half of New York city, its like asking if a plumber if he has experience with pipes.

Sorry, I meant in Ireland, where they are in use in some Eco developments, just wondering if anyone is living in any such developments and how they are finding the system? any problems?
