Hi, just wondering if anyone knows were you can hire a 1967 Chevrolet Impala for a wedding? My fiance loves the supernatural series and the Chevey that they drive in it. I have searched the internet but cant find it anywhere!

Love that car too. Think you'd have your work cut out for you finding one of those. Perhaps another big block V8 vintage muscle car would do the job?

Ya I have been looking for weeks now. Starcar in the uk hire out to Ireland but not that particular car. Might have to settle for something else similar alright, thanks anyway.

There's someone on here who's big into muscle cars. His sig is something to do with them and he also has "There ain't no replacement for displacement" or something along those lines. If you find him, he could help you!

    I'm here, I'm here!:D

There's a couple of Impalas tipping around these parts alright. Problem is to legally hire the driver needs a PSV licence and the car must have met PSV standards like any taxi / chauffeur car. A general enthusiast, or his car, is not likely to fit the bill. You may find someone who is willing to take the risk in exchange for a 'present' left in his glovebox but that would be a 'favour' and you would have no legal contract and no come back if the car happened to breakdown or was involved in an accident on the big day.

Long story short, I don't think you're 'legally' gonna find one in this country. You've already mentioned Starcarhire that do have some suitable cars on their books but not the Impala. In fact I'm not sure if they're licence covers them to operate in the south at all!

Another choice, again not what you're looking for but a big American bus all the same would be: http://www.cadillacweddings.ie/

In relation to the first choice, there's no Impalas in our club but I'm 90% sure one of the guys in the following club has one - you could try contacting them to see if he's willing to help: http://www.maac-ireland.com
