    Im involved in an ongoing dispute with a lender. I requested original documentation and particular questions to be answered and the bank has informed me that they will a) not send me any original documentation b) not answer any of my questions.

    Are they allowed to do this as the answers I require are required by An Garda Siochana and the Financial Services Ombudsman?..

    Can I legally hold them to account for this refusal??
