Can't get the deposit back...;(

I am almost 21 weeks pregnant. At the end of last year we paid 1200 to Rotunda as a semi-private clinic deposit. However, maybe we have to move to another city because my husband will change his job very soon. Yesterday i asked Rotunda, they told me they won't pay me the money back because it's non refundable...;(
