How'd you get such cheap postage, mine's coming in at £6 for postage.

Watch out for these , I ordered a cable , took 2 weeks to arrive , mailed them they said it was on the way eventually arrived a few days later...

then it didnt work , mailed them asking for a new one , they refused until they received original back

Girlfriend sent it back but forgot to include the returns letter , I mailed them and they said they never got it

Eventually they refunded me , only about 2 months of hassle !

Probably because you're buying more than one.

    Thats just for one

Ah, well that makes no sense, I kinda thought postage would be the same for a given quantity rather than applied to each individual item.

    Not for .37 pence

And it's gone up now so try again, might have changed

The price is still 37p. Amazon are just showing a different seller. Take a look at "More Buying Choices" on right or click "36 new from £0.01".

Beware though there is a difference between cables despite what people say. I have 3 HDMI cables. 1 from ebay that looks great with its shielding, 1 cheapo from Tesco and this one from amazon. The first 2 give intermittent black screens via xbox360 although they both work fine with HTPC. Thankfully the amazon one works perfectly with 360.

Would these work for connecting laptop (netbook) to hd tv?

You need to check if your netbook has a hdmi interface.

Hang on, I thought the jury was very clear on this: when it comes to HDMI (1s & 0s) it doesn't matter whether your cable is solid gold or whatever since the signal is all digital...

Kind of correct. For analogue a poor cable may show interference or poor colouring, but it should show a picture. And for HDMI, the picture is perfect regardless of cable quality providing the signal can be read by the TV. And in my experience 2 of my cables must be too cheap to allow for 100% signal all the time hence it being intermittent.

    What €2 shop specifically?

    All of them generally

To be fair, most €2 Shops rotate their stock so often you can have loads one day and none the next. Just keep checking and they usually reappear.

Tried connecting my betamax to my Telefunken with this and got just snow. Really wasnt worth the €150 tbh :p

Meanwhile back in this reality they are now available in my local 2 euro shop for - guess........

    €2.

you have to collect them yourself, oh the hassle.
So B&M beats online if you got legs and you know how to use them. zzt

Yeah that's what I meant. I got a fiver cable from POwer City. Works grand. Lol at people paying 20Euro+. It's a bit of swindle that HDMI cables aren't being included with players. I know why they're not - so Power City et al can make a few quid on a fancier looking cable in a fancy plastic package.

You can't get these cheap cables from them anymore.
