Trouble Pre-Registering?

I have to register my minor option for BBs for next year but when i log in to student records, I can't see any place to pre-register. I see a notice telling me I have to but can't find where I actually do it. I'm off campus if this makes a difference.

Yeah managed to get it. I cleared the cache and then signed in and there it was.
