Yesterday afternoon James Coyle, Independent candidate for Dublin South East confronted Dublin City manager Mr. John Tierney and asked him why rates are going up? why are council staff costs so high? And also pressed Mr.Tierney on the council's overdraft. James was also trying to give Mr.Tierney the 'Good Council Guide' which is a proved method of cutting council costs while keeping services.
