Unlocked 3gs signal problems

I've a 3gs that's doing my head in at this stage,originally locked to 02,needed the unlock so I upgraded to 6.15 baseband,unlocked via redsnow,installed sam to activate all went fine put my tescomobile sim in,happy days iphone working fine.....for about 2 days,then I had carrier name but no signal at all for another 2 days…

I've a 3gs that's doing my head in at this stage,originally locked to 02,needed the unlock so I upgraded to 6.15 baseband,unlocked via redsnow,installed sam to activate all went fine put my tescomobile sim in,happy days iphone working fine.....for about 2 days,then I had carrier name but no signal at all for another 2 days then back to normal for another 3 days,lost it again went back to my old phone for a while,then by chance found an old meteor chip put it into the iphone and it worked fine for over a month no problems with signal at all,I retried my tesco chip and it again worked fine for the past 2 wks now I'm back to the same thing again no signal yet when I can still access the internet through 3g,anyone with any suggestions or the same problem,I could just change to meteor but I'm happy to stay with tesco if I can.Thanks.
