Anyone got a good guide to front gear cable/derailleur adjustment on a tt bike! I cannot get the tension right to sort it. Been at the bloody thing hours and have even broken the housing now trying to force the lever up to shift towards the big gear! Everything i get on google/youtube is for road bikes and any guides on the front derailleur dont mention what way the cable should start at.

Can you clarify? There's really no difference between the way you setup a shifter and derailleur on a TT bike and a road bike. The only tricky part I found was getting the brake cable into the aerobars.
Is the gear cable freely moving in the housing before you connect the derailleur?
