Motorway to Waterford

    Hi,
    Is the road from Dublin to Waterford all motorway now? They were working in the kilkenny bypass when we were down there last. Is this finished?

    From Naas to the Kilkeny side of Waterford is motorway, the bits either side are just dual carriageway.

    Got from Dublin to Waterford in a van loaded with all my stuff and my dog in about 2 hours 15 minutes, this included a stop along the way. That journey was made at around 12.30 on a Saturday afternoon.
