    Howdy

I'm looking for some legal office / company that would be dealing with intellectual property and "IT Law".

I need couple to apply for internship. I'd prefer if the office would be dealing with "computer / technology" and "intellectual law" directly... not that they would be "jacks of all trades".

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

I think most of the big firms in Dublin, like Mattheson Ormsby Prentice and such have Intellectual Property departments.

I can't think of the rest of the firms off the top of my head, but I'm sure a few google searches and browsing of their home-pages will turn up the main contenders.

As for not looking for 'Jack of All Trade' type offices, I think these days most functioning solicitors companies are unashamedly, and gratefully 'jack of all trades'.

If you want more specialized IP focused legal work, you'ld probably have to look for an inhouse position with a technological company. This would require a few years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field and of course the location of a vacant position.
