Washer fills but sits doing nothing. After a while begins to smell of burning.When stepped on pumps out. Me thinks its the wash motor.I think its under 5 years old SN 50430226. Who do I contact to find out ?

sounds like the same problem i had, it ended up being a seal kit which cost 100 euro to fix.
