    i was caught no nct and i applied the minute i got in and rang station and to say i had applied and it was going to be doing it in 5 days i handed in letter to station to show i had passed i was wondering how long till i get summons i got caught on 1 st oct its just playin on mind and like to know when im getting it, i know i did wrong and i accept i will be punished

    haha so ya waited until ya got stopped and then applied for the nct

    Well I might suggest that you may have been forgotten about at this stage its 4 and a half months. There again these things have a bad habit of just appearing.

    IIRC you can get a summons up to 6 months after. As suggested give the station a ring and find out.

    wat is standard time it takes to send them out in wexford?

    I wouldnt have a clue..:) Did you get the Guards name??. The best thing to do is ring them and ask for the person that stopped you. This may take some time with different shifts etc.
