    Hi
I got these prople to install a whole house heat recovery ventilation system a few years back and i need to purchase a new set of filters. Does anyone know if they are still in business? Everytime i ring their phone is engaged. The unit is the <snip>. Probably needs a service aswell.

Customer service and support has been rubbish thus far.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks

Are they standard panel filters? If you have sizes or a picture post it.

Thanks for the reply. The unit is in the attic so will try and post photo of filter tomorrow. Did not intend to infringe any Boards protocols. A friend in Dublin is planning to install a unit in his attic and I would be grateful if there is anyone with information on any firms supplying these whole house heat recovery units in the Leinster area.
    thanks

I have had mine installed by ProAir Systems 3 years ago. It is working fine for me. Try them

    Thanks AMG86
Will look make an enquiry on Monday.
Found out today that my dearly beloved ventilation system supplier is no longer. SOB. Don't think it is possible to libel the dead?

Try irish ventilation and filtration they are based in dublin 8. If you buy from an installer then you will pay a double mark up.

You should regularly check the filters, when they get dirty the fan needs to draw more electricity to overcome the additional pressure drop across a dirty filter compared to a clean one.

    Thanks
The ERV-300 uses two F8 filters and I managed to get 2 quotes. One was for €80 including VAT and delivery and the other was €40. The latter is from orcanhrv.ie and I will be organising a service of the unit also. Here's hoping!
