    FG promise no income tax hikes, but have you seen their list of stealth taxes, motor tax increases etc etc :eek:

    It's a shame but not surprising to see the Irish electorate swing towards FG. However we shouldn't be too surprised as it's the same idiots who happily voted FF & PDs throughout the bubble times who are now backing FG.

    When it goes tits up for FG they'll swing back to FF again and the madness will continue. A great little country indeed.

    I suspect there are a few smear attempts, hence the new sticky. Reporting suspicious posts helps us mod the forum and make it a good place for everyone to debate in. So if you suspect a poster of merely engaging in mud slinging use the report post functions and the mods will investigate it.

    I'm going to close this thread. I don't think there's a coordinated smear campaign going on, so there's nothing to really discuss here.
