Just bought a bottle of this stuff. Northing online about it. Anyone ever heard of this brand?

Never heard of it, and a quick google provides similar hits.

Where'd you get it, and how much?

    Any more details on it?

    ABV?
    Distillers?
    Bottlers?
    Label?
    Country of origin?

label reads: Produced and bottled by Distillerie Valdoglio SpA Roccafranca (BS) ITALY C.A

    Ingrediants: Vodka, Aromi Naturali

    Heh, gotta love those ingredients.

    Vodka, and natural aroma.

http://www.distillerievaldoglio.it/ Distillers website. Under construction. Doesn't hold much hope, as it's been registered since 98, and nothing done since then.

Doesn't fill me with a whole pile of confidence for their brand.

Does it even have a ABV/proof % on it?

Have you opened it yet? What's it smell like? Taste (without mixer)? Is it a clean taste?

yep I was convinced before posting that it was dodgy but i'm even more so now. Well its a good thing that he lives near me so I can go and demand a refund. Thanks for your help. Most appreciated.

Meh, I'd still drink it. (I'd drink dirty dishwater, tbfh)

There are contact details for the company in case of gene mutation, and you can freeze things with your breath.

    But it's your call.

    I wouldn't call Smirnoff expensive!

Seeing as Mick10rt got it from a "friend," what shop do you normally get it from? I'm intrigued by this vodka now.

I drunk this and woke up in hospital. Googled it and found this thread, so made an account to warn others!

That might not have been the brand's fault. You could have drunk a litre of the stuff for all we know.

I drank about a quarter of the 1l bottle, it's defiantly knockoff. I don't recommend it.
