I've bought from them a couple of times and had no problems. Never got any extra fees stuck on.

I love etsy I would browse that site for hours looking at the vintage stuff

I've never been caught, the sellers on there are very helpful when it comes to stuff like that anyway. They have such lovely bits on there, it.
