Best place for a package set for a beginner

    Just wondering does anyone have any idea where I could get a good package deal for my brother. He only started golfing last year and don't want him to spending alot of money on golf clubs just yet.

    I would recommend that you research as much as you can to find out what clubs he would be comfortable with. There are plenty of sites that will be able to help him but nothing substitutes hitting balls. I would advise to go onto ebay for second hand sticks. Please ensure that the sellers have sold many items in the past. My pals brother bought fake Callaways a few months ago.

    Hey Galwaylad,

    Thanks for the input. I will bring him to American Golf/Nevada Bobs this weekend and see can he get a feel for anything he likes then I will pursue those on ebay. Some great deals to be had but also as you have said some fakes too.
