Has anyone used this service to unlock their phone? I'm looking at buying a meteor Galaxy Apollo in the next day or two and unlocking it for use on 3.

Not 100% sure but I believe all meteor Androids are unlocked
both phones I have bought from them (Desire and Legend) have not been locked to the network and I can stick in another SIM and it works no problem

Bought the phones last May - not too sure if it was soon after release as I don't know when Meteor released them.
Might need to confirm with others that have bought more recently - sister is getting a Desire this week so hopefully I can check it out

Hi I bought my HTC Desire from Meteor in December and its not locked at all I have put an 02 sim in to check and it worked fine with it. Desire is out over a year now and it came unlocked from meteor so might be safe enough.
    Thanks

Ok so sister got Meteor HTC Desire yesterday and we put in an O2 sim and it worked away fine
So I guess that means they are all unlocked. :-)

Got in via the website direct from Meteor

It shows Bill Pay are unlocked. They may still lock prepay in-store phones? Their staff are full certain they are all locked but the would always say that regardless.
