Short answer no, why would you want to repair it you can get a replacement piston for €10, but as long as it has not damaged the teeth on the piston it may well be OK as is

I have never seen a piston with a hole in it, I have seen pistons with several holes in them as a means of reducing the weight of the piston for a high speed setup

I have seen a few piston heads damaged when the cylinder was drilled as a means of downgrading the AEG

Do you mean the piston head (the front part) ? Chances are it was downgraded by drilling it.

If there is a hole in the piston head, chances are it was drilled.

yup, is the hole on the brass outer part? or is there a rough hole on that?

rough hole on piston or cylinder: drilled, by which, you will need a new x, PLUS a lower fps spring, because the chump that did it got lazy (if they drilled)
