tinted windows

    was wondering how much approx it would cost to get the windows tinted on a car?
    thinking about doing it, just wondering about prices before i start asking places, just so i dont seem niave!!

    Just be aware, that you will fail the NCT for tint on the drivers window and passenger window. Back sides and rear are ok.

    Car is allowed 65% tint on the front doors.

    I got rear window and two sides tinted by Autoflair for €160+vat (€75 for rear window only).

    I'm very happy with the job done and the service received. I'd happily recommend them.

    True, but generally any form of tint will push the light allowance of 65% over, as most UV proofed windows on cars are already at 30%

    vision and Shades used to charge €150 for rear 3 windows.

    Paid e210 for mine a couple of years ago, some crowd in ennis across the road from the nct centre. Did a great job too!:D
