this is a long shot but il ask anyway
as above i have a 2009 claud butler levante flat bar road bike as its a flat bar im looking to get aero/tri bars for it problem is its a funny handlebar in that its 2 widths starts of narrow and widens in the centre from what i can see online there are 2 widths of tri bars available and im wondering which ones to get or since theres a taper in the handlebar will any tri bars sit on it properly
has anyone got a similar bike and put tri bars on it
am going to local bike shop later with the bike to see what they have but its a fairly small shop so i wouldnt hold out much hope of finding anything

all advice greatfully recieved as ye can probably tell im far from knowledgeable on bikes

I'm not sure if this applies to all manufacturers but some provide shims so the same tri-bars will fit both handlebar sizes. Many of the Profile Design bars come this way. Also see this.
