    Just wondering where in Dublin city does self defence classes for women? Really interested in this, thanks!

    not city centre but if you live out that way

    its a very busy class and I reckon, savage for keeping you right if you got into trouble

    We are located in City center near Harcourt Street. We teach Wingtsun, a martial art created by a woman and specifically elaborated for efficient self-defence ( knee in the groin, fingers in the eyes, etc..) Classes are mixed so you will train with heavier and stronger partners.

    Defendu Ireland run womens self defence courses. They are based out beside Northside Shopping Centre in Clonshaugh Ind. Estate.
