Your future modification plans?

Just wondering, seeing as the scene has slowed alot in the last couple of years, what are people planning to do with their cars next regards mods?

For me, the car is now only going to be a weekend toy so doesn't need to be practical anymore so I'm going full on USDM with it. Along the lines of this, although it'll be staying red..

With regards to both my cars...I have a lot planned

The EG:
Fully stripped out
B18C Teg R conversion (Engine, suspension and box)
Carbon fiber bonnet and wings

Then she'll be done for the track!

The EK:
Wiretuck the engine bay
Paint the rocker cover some colour other than blue...
Try get two Recaro's from a Supra or an Evo so I can be different from the Recaro's I have at the moment
Carbon fiber Mugen or Spoon front lip
Front and rear camber arms
Beaks rear tie bar
Uprated cams
Hondata ECU


So...much...more...wanted...!

Yep Mongoose on mine - One of my best investments in the car, still puts a smile on my face with all the pops and bangs

I'll be going for a new RS clutch and Qauife LSD this year hopefully...
Maybe uprate the brakes after that...

Should have it back this week (I've been saying that for a while now...) with a younger engine (102k km vs. 214k km), a lightened flywheel, Creative headers, blueflame downpipes and decat, mongoose exhaust and missing its aircon.

mies already got a whopping 50mm down from a regular yaris, they really are like an offroader as standard lol ...

a few sets of second hand coilies for sale on YCUK, just biding my time :pac:

some seats from an 97-00 levin too seeing as they look much easier on the eye and more supportive.

thats about it, wont be chucking thousands at tuning an n/a, its pokey enough as is, and body mods just aren't cool anymore.

You can of course, it might be a while though as its in several pieces in the garage at the moment!:P

Fit some sort of LED DRLs
Get some new style RS6 wheels and summer tyres, on the cheap though

Finish my ghetto CAI's, got a collection of Halfords standard airbox replacement parts Im making into something "fabulous"
See if I can route brake cooling ducts into Airbox instead to create positive pressure airbox (like a micro supercharging effect for NA engines)
Install 12x 200cc injectors and replace FPRs with 3.5bar units
Consider putting in a single Walbro/Denso Supra Fuel pump inplace of the twin Bosch's
Dyno the above
Get a chip (so hard to source on this car)
Dyno this too

Ultimately get it resprayed Sepang Bronze (or something else classy yet unusual)
