Anyone know if or when Aldi or Lidl will be selling cycling clothing and accessories again. I'm looking for a pair of tights/bib for a reasonable price.
    Thanks

Johnny I have a pair of the winter tights that I have worn about twice. They are Thermal and in the large size. You are more then welcome to them as they are just sitting in the back of my closet. They are full bib tights with padding.

FWIW I had a pair of the aldi bibs a couple of years ago and didn't find the padding to be any good compared to say DHB or similar.

I always wore shorts under mine so really can't comment on the padding. However they are warm.I will give them that.

I check their websites the whole time, so if something comes up it'll be posted in this forum fairly lively.

I use Lidl shorts when I train on the turbo, they don't have decent padding so they are not comfortable for spins over one hour. I got Nalini bibshorts on Wiggle recently for 24 euros. Keep an eye on clearance items on the usual websites, team kit from previous years is good value.

You could have a look at this Irish site, seem reasonably priced..I haven`t bought anything from them myself but maybe other people on here could vouch for them..

I got hats from supercycleclothing - he has a selection of retro cycling stuff you can't get elsewhere for good prices as well as current gear for standard prices. The guy owning the site got them to me really quick.

I bought a few bits off him when he was on ebay. Super quick shipping (2days max) and never had a complaint about price or quality from him.
