    Bet of the year had to be 5/2 for FF to get over 25 seats - was only available last wednesday in PP after the 12% opinion poll. (its now 4/6)

    I wish I had put a mega bet on at those odds!

    The last seat in many constitutencies is still up for granbs.

    With a swing back to FF, they could in theory take up to 47 seats (pigs might fly too)
    With a further FG push, they will see up to 85
    With a swing back to Gilmore (unlikely) labour could exceed 50
    - all these figures are based on each party winning the last seat in an area where 2 or more candidates odds are 2/1 or less except where 2 candidates are from same patry.(e.g. Kildare south - straight fight between 2 FF for last seat)

    Where the most interesting battle will be is who will win most seats between Labour & FF? - Any swing back towards FF, could see them becoming second party. That will be a big failure for the Labour strategy.

    i doubt galway west will return 2 ind.
    Connolly will get in but Grealish wont.

    Connolly has said she will not support a FG gov.
