    Hi Guys,
A problem arouse about two weeks ago on a job! I arrived to a call out job and I had to use step ladders on the out side of the house.

There were two women working on the house cleaning the interior for the client.

i had an apprentice with me and we packed up and went home, the cleaners had gone before us?

About 48 hours later I missed the steps valued @ about €70, I phoned the woman of the house and explained my problem, she undertook to call the company and relay my concern. I wanted to believe it was a genuine mistake and they'd be returned to the house in question.

To cut to the chase I rang them myself and they told me they'd look into it and come back to me!, I have phoned the company again& again and I keep getting the same old story, the boss is away...
What would you do in these circumstances.? Am I right to pursue this issue?
    What can I do?

Only when we hit page 4, then it's in before the ladder lock.
