PAYE Anytime issue

    For the last 2 days, I have been unable to log in to PAYE Anytime. I have all my details correct, but when I try, I keep getting a little red box around my PPSN. It is definitely the right number though.

    Anyone else having any trouble like this? I had no problem logging in at the beginning of the week.

    paye anytime is the most un-user friendly programme that i have ever used .
    This happens to me all the time when trying to log in.

    If you copied and pasted your pps no could be a reason .

    Try closing the page completly and try again where it asks a different option , like mothers maiden name or last few digits of your tel number.

    Sometimes I just persevere and continue to hit the green login button , and it eventually works

    I haven't been copying and pasting. I have tried so many times already to log in, it's driving me up the wall! Thanks though, will persevere. :)

    Difficulties with the login page hardly count as making the program itself un-user friendly!

    I find it to be fairly user friendly personally, about as user friendly as a piece of software, that tries to help people (the majority of whom find the whole area of tax / tax credits alien and daunting) to claim their entitlements, can be.

    I've had those problems logging in myself in the last few weeks to sort out my own stuff, and I understand that Revenue have been having problems with it themselves; I'm no techie but I think PAYE anytime is actually an interface into the same system that Revenue customer service staff use to access the PAYE record (but whereas you only have access to your own record, customer service staff have open access). Anyway, I just tried logging in, literally this minute, and it seems to be OK again, for now..!
