Have all banks stopped offering fixed rates on mortgages?

    Mine is up next month and a friend told me today we will probably not be able to get another fixed rate:eek:
    Is this true???? I am dreading this if it is.

    I dont know but I guess banks wont want to fix if they suspect interest rates are going to increase this year. unless they fix at a high rate :confused:
