My wife bought an iPhone 3GS through O2 early last year, and it's always really had a problem which we've just never got around to doing anything about. It will consistently shut itself off and reboot in the middle of a phone call.

I also have a 3GS which I got a year before her, and mine has never had this issue. Is this a known possible fault, and what are our options? Will O2 replace it if we bring it back to them at this stage?
