Beginner Training Programme Recommendations Please?

    I did the Wicklow 100 five years back but haven't really cycled since. I'm planning on starting again and would like to cycle three or maybe four days per week. I'm not training for any specific event but would prefer to have a training programme for motivation purposes.

    Can anyone please recommend a plan?
