I phone knocking out Internet in work

    When I walk into the office building with iPhone wi-fi on , the Internet goes down in the building . Anyone come accross this ?

    Could you be more specific? What type of network is it? Do you need a passcode etc?

    it knocks out the router rather than the network

    Would it be set with a static IP address that matches an IP address on the network.

    Check the IP address is set to DHCP.

    still wouldnt knock out the whole network, sounds like a doggie router to me

    Mine used to do the same with a Belkin N+ router ended up replacing the router with a Netgear router and the problem was solved

    tried everything with the Belkin from firmware upgrades to changing security nothing helped,
