I have bought 5 3v vouchers so far, think i will stop using them
Basically i added 20 euro each time but the items i bought online
and about 15 euro, so each time i'm left with 5 euros on each voucher.
They knew all this before theys etup 3v, so they make a killing on any
money you have left over, unless you pay them 2.50 to transfer one
voucher balance to another voucher, if i'm right?

I don't know if they will transfer all your other vouchers to a recent voucher
for the 2.50, you probably get charged 2.50 per voucher transfer?

I tryed paypal several times and it declined the 3v vouchers.

Is there any other way to set up a payment button or something so you
could pay all your balances to yourself?

What a pain, tey just keep your money basically

I've 2 paypal accounts when i have change on one voucher on my first paypal account I'll send it to my second paypal account then when I purchase a new 3V voucher I'll added to my second paypal account and any left over balance I'll repeat the process . You have a pay a small paypal fee but this is better than 3V's fee or even letting the amount expire.

    Cool

I was trying that the other night, i had an old paypal i never verified or used
Don't know what went wrong, i think i was able to add the voucher no prob
But then you have to add a bank account to that paypal don't you?

What i tryed was setting up a payment standards button with my verified paypal
For the exact amount that's left on the 3v voucher
Then adding that button to a blank html page and with my 3v voucher i tryed to buy it
    Didn't work,

What exactly do you do? if you don't mind explaining, i'll try it

Is paypal charging the person with the voucher for purchasing from paypal or what?

The worst part is every time i try to test this i get charged 1 euro on the 3v voucher then it screws up.

If i get it working like you have it i will probably keep using 3v
    Otherwise it's just an inconvenience

Don't mind the charge off paypal as long as it works

Not sure what the charge is,
So basically i add a voucher to my 2nd paypal
Doesn't matter if it's verified or not?

And then i just send funds to my verified paypal?
What's the charge do you know so i don't mess it up

Oh god it works :D that makes me smile lol

    Thanks man

Now i just add another voucher and do the same

    EDIT

Yes this is handier i sent 4.65 and received 4.11 so only charged 54 cent

My god and 3v would charge you 2.50 per transfer, 5 vouchers would have cost me 12.50

Would this also work with a Wirecard as I've only got a small amount left on it and want to add the remaining funds to my Paypal account if possible.

I think as long as it's a visa electron card it should work
Best way to find out is create a second paypal account
Then try add that card under "profile add/remove a card"
You'll know straight away if it gets declined
My second paypal is not verified either.

Scandalous how they charge you to transfer funds. its part of a scandalous business model.

Yea it's not a fair deal 2.50 per voucher
A smaller fee would be ok like paypal dim
but also allow you to transfer all your vouchers to one voucher for a small fee.
But at lease we can transfer to a second paypal adn that paypal account gets charged a few cent for the transaction.
I'm testing neteller at the moment

For anyone thinking of using 3v.ie don't bother
They took all my funds, although it was only 8 euro
I asked them where my money went and they replied
You didn't use your card in a few weeks so we took it for maintenance
Some cheek considering their whole business is web based.
And it doesn't cost 2 or 3 euro each time to click a button to transfer money.

Don't waste your time signing up with them

For what? it's an online web based account you idiots.

I have an 02 money card now and they don't touch your funds unless
you didn't use your card for a year, they'd have to charge you something.
There is a 1 euro charge to put funds on your 02 card though,
but really that's ok because you know that when you fund it in any store.

I find 3V fine to deal with tbh and have no complaints, only issue i cans ee is that it is getting harder and harder to find a vendor, O2 moneycard it will be soon and the charge on those is even more :(
