Election poster regulations?

Are there any regulations regarding the placement of election posters?

I'm finding them a nuisance, particularly the ones lower down, like on pedestrian railings at the side of the road. Coming out of my estate onto a busy 80km/hr road, there is one on a railing making it impossible to see oncoming traffic. I need to crawl further out onto the road to see if it's safe to go out.

And on a couple of roundabouts, posters driven into them, restricting the view of traffic that may be coming around.

It's bad enough these guys coming around to my house wasting my electricity, then also having them making driving conditions more difficult/dangerous. Sick of the sight of their mugs!

    Who can I complain to?
