    Got this alarm and have figured it out completely except for one thing

    When zone A1 is activated, I cannot seem to reset it on the keypad no matter what I try

    Has anyone got any suggestions?

    There is probably a faulty sensor or contact on that zone.
    Do you have access to a multi meter to check that zone properly?

    Can you change zone 1 to zone 2 and zone 2 to zone 1 in the panel and test it again. There might be a problem with the zone on the board.
