Trying to go to Canada but might be too late

Hi everyone I'm 30 in march and am in Oz now and will be here for another year but the thing is I want to goto Canada too but by the time I leave Oz I'll be 31 and I'm woundering have I left it too late to get a Working Holiday visa for Canada then? Would really like your help Thanks Josphf
