I loved Dead Rising 1 and 2, and also the Left For Dead games, so it is pretty safe to say that I am, chomping, pun intended, at the bit for the release of this on the 360.

    Don't expect much

Game to film adaptations rarely work. But a game to film before the game is even finished will be so far from its source material that it can't be considered an adaptation.

So it's just another zombie film in the end and we have had too many of them

It's an cracking trailer alright.. saw it the other day.

    Thought this was good too..

Not arsed in a film version of it whatsoever though - Romero's Survival Of The Dead anyone?

You could say the same about Cyborg films etc, then along came Terminator 2. I'm not saying this bound to be stunning, but you can't tar future releases due to the failures of past ones.

The trailer itself is epic, moving & gripping. But then again, that's what trailers are meant to do ;) Looking forward to this!

What an over the top melodramatic camera lover. I know where he's coming from, being a Dad myself to an 8 year old boy, but going on like that is stupid, in a way only Americans find funny.

I think that's the point though.. he's getting ridiculously upset about something so daft!

So they're hoping to base a movie around the trailer for a game that could still turn out to be absolutely rubbish?

Richard, there's already a thread in the Games forum, which discusses the trailer for this computer game.
