    I know it's late, but for those of us still up, thought ye might be interested to know that the movie 'Transamerica' is starting soon on RTE 2 at 2.10am*

    It's about a pre-op male-to-female transsexual who goes on a road trip to find her long lost son so should be interesting!!





    *I had sooo planned on going to bed at a reasonable hour tonight....ah well:p

    It's fairly good. I thought it was a bit silly how she was obsessively religious. Almost like an apology or an attempt to placate conservatives for being trans.

    It's interesting how each trans person seems to find something else wrong with that movie.

    I think we all hope that the movie will be about me, about my life. Well, that's impossible. The only person who can make a movie about you and your life is you.

    Still, I wish they had cast a male in the lead role! :rolleyes: :D

    Ah feck. I wanted to watch this film but I'm all comfy in bed now.....

    Oh well, I'll catch it some other time. Whether you like Desperate Housewives or not, you'd have to admit that Huffman's a damn good actress and I'm curious as to how convincing she was in the role.
