A friend booked a flight with Ryanair - her name is Victoria but she booked her ticket under the name of Vicki. What are the chances that Ryanair will let her fly? She is due to fly out on Sunday.

This have been ask hundred of time in this forum.

The solutiion is to give a call to Ryanair Reservation Department and explain the reason and ask nicely, s\he might correct the name for free.

other than that they will charge you 100euro

If I booked as Fred but my passport said Frederick, I would just turn up at the gate and risk it.
