    Hi there

I am currently in the process of setting up my own t-shirt business. I will be selling t-shirts online. I also hope to sell tshirts on matchdays outside croke park and around the country. i actually live (rent) on the north circular rd beside croke park, so i could set up a stall outside my house at the front gate and sell t-shirts from there. would i need a sellers licence for this even though i would be selling from the front of my premises?

also for other games around the country, in cork, limerick, thurles etc what kind of a licence do i need to sell t-shirts from a stall on the street?

any info anyone can give me would be much appreciated, thanks

a traders retail licence is what is required

contact your local civic offices - i think

EDIT:....it may also be of benefit to you to register as a business with CRO, Revenue and ISME, if this is simply just a matter of thinking you can print off stuff and sell...PROFIT !! .... think again - retail business is a serious competitive market, don't be surprised if others operating in the area interfere with you and your stock - some have been doing this for generations.

Do you have any sales experience? ..in open public areas??
