Good ride by the team 3.30.3

Coach was saying a 3.32 so they did well to beat that and get a new national record...

    Well Done!:D

Awang took this 7 inch splinter to the leg during the crash, got up, and finished in third.

No Blood!!! Just remove the legs at the hip and replace with prosthetic pistons. Is this the proof of mechanical doping we've been waiting for?

Warning, not for the faint hearted, unless you like objects sticking out of limbs.
Must say my day could have done without that instant feeling in my leg.

I'd like to see Cristiano Ronaldo or Drogba get up after that. Cycling is a true hardmans sport.

Please please, no pictures of Terry Butcher's head, or Bert Trautman's broken neck, or David Busst's leg at right-angles...

    Thanks

At least it's come out in one piece - hopefully a bit of glue and the track will be as good as new ...
