    Hello people of Ireland,

I am writing as I have booked 7 people on return flights with Ryanair out of Dublin. This was done before the change in Tax from €10 to €3. I have got a refund to my credit card from Aer Lingus. Thank you :)

Has any one tried to get one from Ryanair? I count €49 I should be getting back. I know there is an admin charge from Ryanair. Does any one know what that is? Also any one know where to go to claim back this money?

    Many thanks.

    Tried calling them?

There should be no admin fee on this refund.

Admin fees are for when you claim back taxes and charges for a flight you decide not to take (different scenario).

    Their contact centre number is 0818 30 30 30

Did the Job thank you :) I found out I was only 4 flights I paid tax for as if you booked after 9th Dec you got charged €3 any way.

€28 better in my pocket then theirs :)
