problems with nokia e72 and internet

nokia e72..internet service not available..just dropped while on it the other day...contacted o2 they sent out new settings didnt work ..restarted the phone back to factory settings and reloaded the software any ideas on how to fix the internet would be appreciated !:confused:

I take it wlan is working ok?

My first thoughts without more info on the situation is your looking at a new sim. Anystore, free of charge, on the spot. Same number, credit etc.

yea wifi working...put in a different sim card still didnt work...think it might be the phone itself
