In Dun Laoghaire myself, both me and my dad are Vodafone and neither of us have had coverage this evening. Mine is back now but extremely intermittent. Anyone else? I can't help wondering if it has anything to do with the solar flare this evening? They can sometimes mess with wireless comms, I believe?
