There is a German fella who rents bikes on the Prom in Puerto del Carmen as you head in the direction of the Airport. There are a couple of nice little hills with Dirt tracks which are a blast. Some nice costal spins as well but I did not find any proper single trails stuff. Its a gem of a spot for road bike, but the wind can be tough :)
    There is also this fella
